Came in for lunch with a couple friends at 2 pm when most restaurants in the area are closing and we were turned away a couple times. Le Thiers host said that they serve fairs throughout the day.We had the chipirons and Merlu plates. Food came in warm cooked to perfection. Portions were perfect size. Staff were fun, courteous and professional. If you are looking for a place to eat great food in a nice and clean setting in the heart of historic Bayonne you won’t be disappointed. thumbs up way up A Kamil

We received a really welcoming service even having a 2 year old with us. The food was cooked perfectly and the atmosphere was busy and exciting during a Wednesday lunch sitting.
